We started working with Clear property management a couple of years back after having a very bad experience with a larger property management company.  Absolutely zero regrets about making a change. Clear PM is really good about communication and the biggest thing for us is honesty. We have never had any issues questioning projects needed to be done or their opinions on things we should do to the property.
